Since 2020 I’ve been critiquing designers’ work inside Shift Nudge. Over a thousand recorded critiques and hundreds of live calls later, it’s become overwhelmingly clear. The people who invest the most time, submitting their work and implementing feedback, are the ones who excel the fastest. Working through our training is one of the best ways I know to improve as a designer. But getting regular feedback about what to stop doing and what to start doing is the fastest growth I have ever watched a designer experience. Work gets submitted, we find what’s off or what could be stronger, and I give specific guidance on the work for that piece and that designer, and how that thinking can apply to everyone’s process.

I've done Shift Nudge and couldn't recommend it enough! You can go at your own pace + seeing other people's work / getting nitpicky feedback is great. I'd say that if you're looking to expand your UI skills, do it!
