Refund requirements

Your first purchase of a new membership carries a 60-day guarantee. The clock starts on the charge date shown on your receipt, and your refund email must reach us within those 60 days, with one of the work options below attached. We check that the work exists and we never judge its quality. Done is done. A qualifying refund is processed immediately to your original payment method, your bank typically posts it within 3 to 5 business days, and access ends the moment the refund is issued.

  • A refund email within 60 days of the charge date on your receipt
  • Ten practice pieces from the UI training, or
  • One project from the Claude Code training, or
  • One personal portfolio based on the Portfolio training
  • VIP members must also submit work for critique 4 times and attend 4 live calls. A submission counts whether or not it is critiqued on the call.

Teams

Team plans run through corporate procurement. Team sales are final and governed by your team agreement.

A wrong or duplicate charge is not a refund question. Contact us and we will correct it. None of this policy affects your rights regarding erroneous charges, failed access, or mandatory consumer protections.

Questions about a specific charge or your account? Email help@shiftnudge.com and a human will check it directly. The full contract, including billing errors and chargebacks, is in the Terms.
